Terms of Service

Basic Beauty provides salon-management tools including scheduling, client records, payments, and marketing. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for the data you and your staff enter, and for having the right to store and message the clients you add.

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial; no card is required to start. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. If a trial ends without a subscription, the account and its data may be deleted after a 7-day grace period following notice. Card payments you collect from your clients are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms; a per-transaction fee may apply.

Auto-renewable subscriptions (iOS app).When purchased in our iOS app, subscriptions (Solo — $19.99/month or $199.99/year; Pro — $49.99/month or $499.99/year; Business — $99.99/month or $999.99/year) are billed to your Apple ID account. Each subscription renews automatically at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's refund policies; purchases made on our website are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled from Settings → Subscription.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• breaking the law or sending unlawful, unsolicited, or harassing messages;
• attempting to access another salon's data or disrupt the Service;
• reverse-engineering or reselling the Service without permission.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data as CSV at any time and request deletion of your account.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basic Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
